Only use the bot in the server you own or have admin access to
Not use the bot for marketing or spamming. Only set it up to listen for messages in your support channels
Not use the bot for illegal purposes or activities
Not abuse or exploit the bot functionality
Not attempt to reverse engineer the bot
Respect Discord's Terms of Service while using our bot

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
Keep your billing information up to date
Cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this by contacting us or by using the in-app cancellation process.
We also reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Pricing in our services may change but your subscription pricing will remain the same unless you perform an action to change it. Unless you have usage based pricing.
Refunds are not provided and subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We may not always notify you of these changes. You can see when the terms were last updated on top of the page.
